Terms and Conditions of Blue Wave Resort

1. Reservation and Payment:

a. All reservations are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your desired dates.
b. A valid credit card or payment in advance is required to guarantee your reservation.
c. The payment for the reservation will be charged at the time of booking or upon arrival, depending on the rate and package chosen.
d. We accept major credit cards and cash payments.

2. Check-in and Check-out:

a. Check-in time is from 9:00 AM onwards, and check-out time is by 05:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
b. Guests must present a valid photo ID and credit card used for the reservation during check-in. The resort reserves the right to refuse check-in if the guest fails to provide proper identification or payment.

3. Cancellation and Modification:

a. Cancellation policies may vary depending on the rate plan and package booked. Please refer to the specific cancellation policy mentioned at the time of booking.
b. Modification of reservation dates or other details is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
c. No-shows or early departures will be charged according to the cancellation policy.

4. Resort Policies:

a. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the resort. Designated smoking areas are available.
b. Pets are not allowed in the resort premises, with the exception of service animals.
c. Any damage caused to the resort property or facilities by guests will be charged accordingly.
d. The resort is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings or valuables of guests.

5. Resort Facilities and Services:

a. The use of resort facilities, including swimming pools, gymnasium, spa, and recreational areas, is subject to availability and the rules and regulations set by the resort.
b. Additional charges may apply for certain services, activities, or amenities offered by the resort.
c. The resort reserves the right to change or withdraw any facilities, services, or activities without prior notice.

a. The resort shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to guests or their property arising from their stay at the resort.
b. Guests are responsible for their personal safety and the safety of any accompanying children. Parents or guardians must supervise children at all times.
